Initiative summary:

The Development of Social and Civil Relations Center aims at increasing transparency in state bodies and developing an easy to appeal procedure, with a particular focus on the regions.

To empower citizens to voice their demands and participate in the evaluation of state bodies, the centre held round tables and public discussions and established legal mobile clinics and hotlines. In addition, it analysed the situation of citizens' administrative rights.
