Launched in 2001, Turkish film magazine Altyazi has become a platform for independent film professionals to safeguard freedom of expression and develop strategies to fight against overt and tacit forms of censorship. With EED support, they are producing specialised content to highlight issues hindering a free film culture and holding documentary screenings followed by discussions with various stakeholders.
